EA500C6 Rental LED Display Overview

The EagerLED EA500C6 rental LED display uses 500×500 mm cabinets for event and AV applications. Choose indoor P1.56–P3.91 or outdoor P2.6–P3.91 models to suit the venue.

500×500 mm Die-Cast Aluminum Cabinet

Each die-cast aluminum cabinet weighs 6.5 kg indoors or 7.3 kg outdoors. The 500×500 mm format supports modular screen layouts for transport and repeated event setup.

Alignment Pins and Handling Hardware

Positioning pins guide cabinet alignment. Aluminum handles, stainless steel screws and quick locks support the frequent handling involved in rental operations.

Dual Quick Locks for Fast Assembly

Top and side quick locks connect adjoining cabinets. Together with positioning pins, they help crews align the LED wall and secure cabinet joints during assembly.

Four Corner Protectors

Four corner protectors help shield LED edges from knocks during transport, stacking, installation and dismantling between events.

Rear Access for Maintenance

The rear cover opens for access to the power and control area. Ventilation supports heat dissipation, while rear access simplifies inspection between events.

Optional Concave and Convex Curves

Optional curve locks let cabinets form inward or outward arcs for curved stage backdrops. Specify the required screen layout when requesting a configuration.

EA500C6 and EA1000C6 Mixed Splicing

EA500C6 and EA1000C6 cabinets support vertical mixed splicing for varied screen proportions. Confirm matching pixel pitch and configuration before combining cabinets.

Staggered Splicing for Stage Designs

Staggered cabinet layouts create stepped edges and asymmetric screen shapes, giving stage designers alternatives to a rectangular LED wall.

Brightness and ≥3,840 Hz Refresh

All listed models offer ≥3,840 Hz refresh, 140° viewing and 14-bit grayscale. Brightness is 700–800 cd/m² indoors or 4,500–6,000 cd/m² outdoors, depending on the model.
