What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
The MOQ is 1 square meter for standard models. For custom-made projects, we can discuss the quantity according to your requirements.
Can you make custom-size and special-shaped LED screens?
Yes. We support custom dimensions, curved, flexible and special-shaped LED displays for special projects. Please send us your drawings or requirements.
What certifications do you have?
Our products have CE, RoHS and FCC certifications, and our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified, meeting import requirements in most countries.
What is the production lead time?
Normally 15–30 working days, depending on order quantity and project complexity. Urgent orders can be supported.
What is your warranty period?
We provide a standard 1-year warranty for the complete screen, with long-term spare-parts supply for core components.
Can you supply samples?
Yes. We can supply module samples for quality checking. Sample costs and freight are paid by the buyer.
