EA500H8V Right-angle Rental LED Screen

EagerLED EA500H8V is a right-angle rental LED screen with 500 x 500 mm cabinets and 250 x 250 mm LED modules. Its 45-degree beveled cabinet edges support 90-degree corners and cube displays, while arc locks enable curved video walls. Front and rear access, a detachable power box and a refresh rate of at least 3840 Hz support event production workflows. Indoor and outdoor versions are available; choose the pixel pitch, brightness and protection rating from the specification tables below.

45-Degree Cabinet for Corner LED Walls

The EA500H8V uses a 45-degree cabinet edge to form right-angle LED walls for exhibition stands and stage designs. The bevel is the cabinet edge angle; adjacent cabinets form a 90-degree display corner. Each 500 x 500 mm cabinet uses four 250 x 250 mm modules. This distinction helps rental teams plan cabinet quantities, replacement modules and the layout of each display face.

How Does 90-Degree LED Screen Splicing Work?

Two adjacent EA500H8V cabinets can form a 90-degree corner, allowing content to continue around an exhibition stand or stage feature. The right-angle rental LED screen also supports cube-shaped builds. Plan the dimensions and content mapping for each face before ordering. For example, a flat face measuring 2 x 2 m uses 16 cabinets in a 4-by-4 grid; additional faces require their own cabinet allocation.

Dual Service: Front and Rear Maintenance

The EA500H8V is a dual-service rental LED screen: magnetic LED modules can be accessed from the front, and the cabinet also supports rear maintenance. This gives technicians a choice of access route for the installed screen. Confirm the available service clearance when planning a wall or corner build. Front access to a module does not remove the need to plan access to power and control components.

Curved Installation with Arc Locks

High-precision arc locks allow EA500H8V cabinets to form curved LED video walls as well as flat displays. Rental teams can select a curve to suit a stage backdrop or exhibition layout. Confirm the supported lock angles and the required curve with EagerLED before specifying a radius. The cabinet bevel used for 90-degree corners serves a different purpose from the arc lock used for curved sections.

Flat, Curved and Right-Angle Configurations

EA500H8V supports flat, curved and right-angle configurations, so the display shape can match the event design. Quick locks connect adjacent cabinets for assembly and dismantling. A 140-degree viewing angle and a refresh rate of at least 3840 Hz are listed for both indoor and outdoor versions. For filmed events, check the completed screen with the intended camera settings before the show.

Compatible EagerLED Rental Cabinets

EA500H8V cabinets can be combined with EagerLED EA500H7, EA500H8 rental LED display and EA1000H8 cabinets for mixed-format designs. Confirm the exact cabinet version, pixel pitch and control configuration before combining models. Mechanical compatibility alone does not establish that brightness, pixel mapping and color calibration will match across the completed video wall.

Detachable Power Box and HUB Connection

The EA500H8V has a detachable power box and a HUB connection design. The HUB board provides the internal connection interface, while the removable rear assembly gives technicians access for servicing. Both indoor and outdoor specification tables list AC 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz input. Confirm the power distribution plan and the selected model specification with EagerLED when requesting a quotation.

Indoor and Outdoor Event Applications

EA500H8V suits exhibition corners, cube displays and stage backdrops. Indoor options include P1.56, P1.95 and P2.6 with GOB (glue-on-board) protection, plus P2.97; listed brightness is 750-800 cd/m2. Outdoor options include P2.6, P2.97 and P3.91, with 4500-6000 cd/m2 depending on the model. Outdoor cabinets are rated IP65 at the front and IP54 at the rear; indoor cabinets are IP31.
